What does the course comprise?
Cycling in the New Forest
We have been delivering the course since 1999, so it is tried and tested with many successes to show that it works.

It comprises two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The course is run of a 1-2-1 basis so you will be the only participant. Each session is just over 2 hours long but you won't be in the saddle continuously all that time.

Time-out in-between the sessions allows you to relax and absorb what you have learnt and enjoy the surroundings, usually a Country Park situated on the edge of the New Forest.

There is no pressure to progress at a particular speed. We have found that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and the 1-2-1 format means that the course moves forward at a pace to suit you.

Nerve racking though it may be for some, we aim to make the experience enjoyable and have a laugh along the way!
